Shipping policy

We deliver to UK addresses only.

Making your order

Every item is made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 0–7 days.

Postage

We send everything by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and postage is worked out from the weight of your order at checkout. Orders over £50 get free UK postage.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days. We'll email you a tracking number when your order is on its way.

Christmas

Royal Mail gets very busy in December, so please order early. We'll put our last order date for Christmas on the site.
