Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed on www.madeandsent.co.uk, run by Made & Sent, made in Lincolnshire, UK.
- Orders. When you place an order you'll get an email confirming it. Your contract with us starts once we dispatch your order.
- Personalisation. We print your text and photos exactly as you supply them, so please check spelling, dates and image quality before ordering. You must have the right to use any photo or image you upload. We may refuse personalisation that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
- Images and colours. Product photos are mockups. Colours can look slightly different on screen and in print.
- Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling (£). Postage is shown at checkout.
- Delivery. UK only. See our Delivery policy for times and costs.
- Returns. See our Returns & Refunds policy. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- Novelty items. Novelty cards such as membership, licence and ID-style cards are for fun only and aren't official documents.
- Our designs. All designs on this site belong to Made & Sent and mustn't be copied or reproduced.
- Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited by law.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
